Vivien offers a compassionate and relational approach to therapy, creating a safe, non-judgmental space where clients feel deeply heard and supported. She believes healing happens through connection and works collaboratively to help clients explore their emotions, relationships, and lived experiences.

She holds a BA in Psychology and a Master’s in Counselling, with over ten years of experience working in the social services field, including extensive work supporting individuals, children, and families affected by trauma and domestic violence.

Vivien supports clients experiencing anxiety, emotional overwhelm, trauma, grief, relationship difficulties, and self-worth challenges, with particular interests in attachment, Highly Sensitive Persons (HSPs), and healing from relational or spiritual harm.

When she’s not in session, Vivien enjoys gardening, creating art, spending time in nature, and being with her husband and two children.
