Massage therapy can help reduce tension, relieve sore or tight muscles, improve circulation, and support your overall sense of well-being.
Massage therapy has several therapeutic benefits and works especially well as part of an overall wellness plan. A massage therapist is trained to assess and treat soft tissues of the body including muscles, tendons, ligaments, and connective tissue. Treatment is designed to physically stretch muscles, reduce muscle spasm, break down scar tissue, and improve joint range of motion by encouraging proper muscle function. Massage can also help improve circulation, reduce swelling, support healing, and ease emotional stress through a reduction in muscle tension.
How Massage Therapy Can Help
