Acupuncture is a Traditional Chinese Medicine practice developed over thousands of years and is used to help resolve symptoms and support overall health. Acupuncture works by stimulating specific points on the body with thin needles to influence the nervous system, improve blood flow, and trigger the release of natural pain-relieving and regulatory chemicals.

What to Expect
Your initial visit includes a detailed consultation, review of health history, and a treatment. Diagnostic tools may include tongue and pulse assessment. During treatments, you will be seated or lying comfortably while needles are inserted. They are retained for 15-30 minutes, during which you can rest quietly in a warm room listening to soothing music. Additional therapies such as Auricular (Ear) Seeding, Cupping, Gua-Sha or Moxibustion may also be used.
