Jessica has a BA in Psychology, and graduated from Fanshawe College in 2016 with a Diploma in Massage Therapy. Since then she has been working with clients doing therapeutic massage in a clinical setting.
Jessica has a keen interest in temporomandibular joint (TMJ) disorders and has extensive education in intra-oral massage therapy. She uses Swedish Massage, Myofascial Release Techniques, and Cupping throughout her massages. With her background in Psychology, Jessica is also interested in the impact of chronic pain on mental health and hopes to do research in the field in the future.
Outside of the clinic you will most likely find Jessica reading/snuggling with her cats, Oliver and Phoebe. She also enjoys exploring the many beaches and trails of Nova Scotia with her Husband, Joseph, and their dog, Cleo.
